THE DULCE BASE , REPTOIDS and the 21st CENTURY CONSPIRACY

It has been about 20 years since I was confronted (face-to-face) with a REPTOID in my home, in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Also living in Santa Fe, at the time, was Thomas E. Castello (who I call “TEC”). He only spent weekends at home, with his family. During the week he lived and worked Security at the DULCE (Underground) Base. It was 10 years ago that I started talking about what I had learned about and from the REPTOIDS. At the same time, “TEC” gave me the O.K. to give out the information in an article called “THE DULCE BASE”, written under my aka : Jason Bishop III. Today, “TEC” and his family are dead and it’s time to release more info.

We have passed the point of no return, in our interactions with the “Alien” Beings. We are guaranteed a serious CRISIS which will persist until the final REVELATION (or conflict). The crisis is here, Global and real. We must mitigate or transform the nature of the disasters to come and come they will. Knowing is half the battle.
“THE SUBTERRANEAN EMPIRE”
Primarily we are NOT dealing with EXTRA-Terrestrials. They didn’t have to get “here” from “there”. We are dealing with INNER-Terrestrials. They are an ancient Species that evolved on Earth. Descendant from highly intelligent Reptiles, they are nocturnal, with CITY/BASES deep within the Earth. In times past, when there was a UV protective canopy around the Earth, they had direct contact with our ancestors. Reptilia DNA has mixed with our own.
Higher concentrations of Reptilian DNA can be found in Rh-negative factor Blood types. In UFOlogy many of these cross-breeds like to be called “STAR PEOPLE”. Several have been contacted, abducted, monitored and manipulated. They currently make up 5% of the population of the Earth. And 15% of the population of the USA and England.
Most have traits different than Rh-positive factor blood types. Many Rh-Negs have lower body temperatures; lower blood pressure; extra vertebrae; extra ribs; light sensitive eyes; etc. Some are born with reptilian tales (called CAUDA) which , according to the Oxford Medical Dictionary, are removed by doctors at birth, for cosmetic reasons.
“THE PHANTOM PHENOMENON”
Many cultures on Earth are familiar with the REPTOIDS, who are also called the NAGAS; “SERPENT” MEN ; LIZARD People; the DRAC; DRACO; the NATAS(Satan backwards); etc.
They are portrayed as wise (sometimes demonic)and live underground in deep Caverns catacombs worldwide. This Species has always intermingled with humans. They have “Sky Craft”, which we currently call “Flying Saucers” or UFOs. Back in the 1930’s, using the “GREYS” as front men or you could call them “Agents” for the REPTOIDS, many Earth surface Governments were contacted. Currently the cover-up is centered in PI-40 within the NSC, the DOE , RAND, DARPA, BECHTEL, etc.[“UMBRA”….”ULTRA BLUE”….”SHADOW UNIT”….”TRIAD”]
“THE WINGED SERPENT” : Friend or Foe ?
It started as a “joint interaction program”. SUBTERRANEAN Beings began to share parts of their advanced technology with certain groups of humans, in key positions of power within government; military; corporations; “secret societies”; etc. The general population, as a whole, began to be manipulated into “The Alien Agenda”……which now appears to be a global “control” system.
They are not “VISITORS”…….they think of this as THEIR “HOME WORLD”. The INNER Earth “INVADERS” appear to have chosen to reclaim what was once theirs(the surface world) and use it (and us) for various purposes. They are NOT going to leave. We need to EMPOWER OURSELVES with Knowledge about them and their goals. The Governments (military, occult groups, etc.) of the World were infiltrated and tricked into keeping various secrets from the general public. Now, each INDIVIDUAL needs to check into ancient data and current revelations.
